The diagnosis
Like everyone else, I was ignoring my body's cues — numbness in parts of my body, eating full meals four or five times a day, and feeling hungry every two hours.
I was afraid of what might happen after going to the doctor. I didn't want to take a ton of medications or hear that my condition is incurable.
Thanks to my wife, who spent months observing my patterns, I finally underwent the diabetes tests.
I did it, and all my fears came to reality. The reports were in front of me.

- Thyroid high Above normal
A person who did not exhibit the standard symptoms of diabetes was in danger of losing their life. I was in shock — completely numb.
